This easter weekend, in India it would have been easter plus holi plus nau roz plus idd weekend. Here you hardly hear anything about any other festival. And it had been a windy, cold and raining weekend. So when today morning I saw the sunlight, I thought that it would be nice to try to photograph the spring flowers.
Over the weekend, I had been out in the park many times, even while it had been raining because rain or no rain, Brando needs his walk. So I had seen that the park is bursting with flowers.
Taking pictures with our Brando ji is never easy. Most of the time he can make out when I cam ready to click and for some reasons, he does not like that I take photographs of other things when he is around, so while I try to look for some new angle, balancing myself precariously over some shrubs or above a puddle, he decides to give a sudden pull. Other times when I can see some nice place to click and am impatient, he does his Angad ji act, refusing to budge and insisting on eating some grass.
Still as you can see from these pictures, I did manage to catch some flowers through my lens. The first picture shows Brando in the lower left corner.
