how to create??
- apply ur favorite eye primer/base (i use UDPP)
- apply pink color in all ur lid and crease
- apply white creamy e/s from middle lid until outer corner and make a cat eyes (i use nyx jumbo pencil milk)
- apply black polkadot like this pict (i use my black gel liner)
- apply ur eyeliner, curl ur eyelash and apply ur fav mascara
