A startup in the area filed for my PERM and it was approved in June 2010. Right now, they are in a mess about their tax returns and reauditing with their CPA and it seems that they will not be able to provide tax statements for this year end.
That will cause the PERM to expire without filing I140 since PERM expires in Dec. Is there anyway for us to file extension for the PERM ? More than 180 days...

They might have moved all non - preadjuicated files to NSC. TSC has nothing to process so may be close to current in processing time.

Use a good lawyer who can help with interpretation. USCIS has been flexible about the "same or similar" job thing , unless the jobs are entirely in a different occupation.

EAD is employment authorization document. Your analogy is like -
"Can I use her driving licence to drive around town". I am not sure if that is what you meant.
If you want her to be the primary applicant in your GC application and then use EAD as a dependent, that is possible. You will lose your H1B status then.

I filed my appeal with a new 140 on the same labor in Eb3, and in my Motion to Reopen specified to consider my old application in eb3 but if they will not to atleast consider my new application. This was an year back and I have filed premium, my new 140 was approved in 3 days, old one went AAO, but we withdrew the old one.
Talk to a good attorney, I consulted Aron Finkelstein in Murthy law firm. They were nominal and excellent customer support.

I have to do a emergency travel to India and I did not get my advance during that time. I went to USCIS office in person and got the advance parole and flyed to India.
Back in US I learnt from my wife that I got another copy of Advance parole which I have applied earlier. Both Parole documents look different in format and the one which I got from USCIS office does not have the SRC nubmer on it.
If my wife sends the recent Advance Parole documents via FEDEX, not sure which document I should show up at port of entry..Plese help.
